BellaBall currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
Shipping Cost
BellaBall offers free standard shipping on U.S. orders.
Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment has been successfully received.
Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before your order is shipped. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
During holidays, promotions, product launches, or periods of high order volume, processing may take longer.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier.
Any estimated delivery dates provided during checkout or by the shipping carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided with your order.
Please allow time for the carrier’s tracking system to update after your shipping confirmation is sent.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact BellaBall as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or has shipped.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact BellaBall with your order number and details about the issue.
For damaged deliveries, we may request photographs of the product and packaging so we can review the issue.
We will work with you and, when appropriate, the shipping carrier to determine the next steps.
