Returns
Unopened and unused BellaBall products may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- Unopened and unused
- In its original packaging
- In resalable condition
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Opened or Used Cosmetics
For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetic products are not eligible for return or exchange, except when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact BellaBall within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Please include your order number and photographs showing the issue so we can review the problem and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
When a return is necessary because an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, BellaBall will cover the applicable return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once an eligible return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
After BellaBall issues the refund, the amount may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your bank, credit-card company, or payment provider.
Sale Items
All sale, discounted, promotional, and clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
If a final-sale item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact BellaBall so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
Return Shipping
For standard returns of unopened and unused products, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If the return is necessary because an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, BellaBall will cover the applicable return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return results from an error by BellaBall or a refund is otherwise required by applicable law.
Proof of Purchase
A valid order number, receipt, or other proof of purchase is required for returns and refunds.
How to Start a Return
Please contact BellaBall before sending any product back. We will provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Please do not send a product back without first receiving return instructions from BellaBall.
